Comedy of Errors: Acting & Improv 3/4 (Grades 6-12)

This class is an improvisational workout geared towards helping actors find creativity and enhance their performance instincts. Actors will learn to trust their intuition on stage through exercises that focus on performing scenes with little or no rehearsal. It is important for students at this age to let go of how they FEEL they should perform, and instead start to just BE on stage. We will encourage in-depth character work and emphasize process over product. Students will let go of preconceived notions and focus on feeling comfortable experimenting onstage. December 12^th is our showcase date.
