Showstopper: Play Performance Class 3 (Grades 6-12)

Lights, camera, action! “Showstopper” is designed to ignite your child’s passion for acting, develop their performance skills, and provide an immersive theatrical experience. “Showstopper” is for the dedicated actor who wants to challenge their abilities and achieve their goal of being “performance ready.” Our play performance class will explore what it takes to be in a show, including the physical, emotional, and technical preparation. Being part of a cast is an experience like no other. “Showstopper” will help actors bond with one another both on and off the stage. Actors will learn how to memorize lines, explore scene study, and develop their characters during the rehearsal process. Plays may be Dramas, Comedies or Musicals. Students will have the exciting opportunity to showcase their talent in a live performance where they will experience the thrill of stepping onto the stage and sharing their hard work and dedication with friends & family.
